Mangata Flooring is a local, family-owned and operated flooring business focusing on customer service and satisfaction.
Having spent many years as subcontractors, preparing & laying floors for other companies, we decided the time was right to develop our own unique approach to the flooring business.
We realised that there was often a disconnect between the salesperson, the client and the person carrying out the installation. Chain store installers are generally paid by the square metre, not by the hour, often being placed under pressure to meet tight deadlines. As a result, this leads to a ‘get in, get out’ mentality which ultimately compromises attention to detail, and the overall finish of the project.
